University of Nevada Environment

Check out the audio from a panel I did last week on KUNR with a representatives of Sierra Pacific, and Black Rock Solar, a non-profit "with a simple goal: take on climate change, and speed the adoption curve of renewable energy, by building low or no cost solar power in unlikely places."

We discussed the Solar Generations program, how it is implemented, and ways in which renewable energy can be more widely adopted in Nevada.

As I'm getting ready for the 2009 legislative session, I'm collecting ideas as to how to strengthen and make more effective incentives for further adoption of renewable energy. What ideas do you have?

I'm so glad Brian did this, this is basically what my panel was going to be except he used a slightly different frame. This is great. I'll get back to you on the other question though.
